Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated talent sourcing experience in tech, sales, or both, within a fast-paced environment • Ideally 1+ year of in-house or embedded RPO sourcing experience • Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean logic, X-ray searching, diverse platform mapping, and data-driven talent mapping) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of high response rates from cold outreach • Exceptional organisational skills, a data-driven mindset, and a sharp eye for detail
