Requirements
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or AI environment with at least 3 years focused specifically on go-to-market and sales roles • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing top-performing enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and sales leaders in competitive markets • Deep understanding of the UK and EMEA talent landscape including compensation fundamentals and complex offer negotiation strategies • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively convey our mission and value proposition to highly sought-after candidates • High agency and adaptability to operate autonomously and pivot quickly in a rapidly scaling startup environment • Strong proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven pipeline management • Natural ability to connect with candidates and stakeholders, challenge the status quo to improve our hiring practices, and own your results from pipeline generation to successful hires
Responsibilities
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market requisitions across sales and customer success in the UK and EMEA regions • Partner deeply with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted hiring strategies • Source and engage high-caliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and modern talent discovery tools • Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding • Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to business leaders • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we are building a representative and high-performing go-to-market organization • Collaborate with HR business partners and compensation teams to align on role design and market intelligence for competitive offer structuring
