Requirements

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving hardware and software of the organization. • Must be able to set up a computer (monitor, keyboard, as well as other equipment). • Must be able to troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices. • Must be able to troubleshoot basic server and network issues for devices. • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and display understanding of Microsoft’s core applications and operating systems (Office, RDP, as well as other systems). • Exhibit ability to manage users in Active Directory. • Communicate with team members and outside contractors/providers with clarity and in a professional and timely manner. • Tracks, monitors, and resolves tickets in ticketing system. • Exhibits excellent customer service that results in team member positive perception and satisfaction with IT experience. • Track, monitor, and resolve tickets in ticketing system. • Exhibit excellent customer service that results in team member positive perception and satisfaction with IT experience. • Track and monitor inventory. • Display and exhibit ability to work on a team and communicate effectively. • Uphold and incorporate the core values, mission, and philosophy of Pediatrics Plus into all job responsibilities. • Participate in one-on-one meetings with leader. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
