Responsibilities
• Establish and develop commercial partnerships to accelerate growth of Getty Images products and services in Dubai. • Seek out new revenue streams within target segments and customers as it relates to all our products and services for sustainable financial growth. • Utilize sales, strategy, and deal making experience to identify and build relationships with senior stakeholders across various sectors including sport, entertainment, culture, and corporate. • Build a target list of leads in their target segment/organizations purposefully track down opportunities. • Acquire an understanding of customer needs and requirements through interactions with competitors. • Aggressively sell to these leads by proposing solutions or bundles that meet their needs while building lasting professional relationships up to C-suite level. • Progress leads daily, implementing detailed next steps for each opportunity consistently. • Demonstrate a strategic approach in developing the target segment beyond short-term targets and build a pipeline of sufficient size to exceed budget. • Implement business strategy across the target segment through cross-selling, upselling, discount management, optimally raising pricing or introducing new fee-based products/features. • Author detailed selling plans twice yearly with specific targets, contact strategies, KPIs for success and adjustment points outlined. • Deliver required business reports accurately and on time consistently throughout the role's tenure. • Meet monthly Salesforce CRM KPIs as part of job responsibilities to maintain sales performance metrics.
