Requirements
• You blend deep technical credibility (security / infra / SaaS platform/Pre-Sales) with the ability to communicate business value clearly to executives and technically-oriented stakeholders. • You have built or led technical enablement and/or value engineering programs in a high‑growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company. • You are obsessed with clarity, repeatability, and measurement and you turn ambiguity into structured programs with clear outcomes. • You are a learn‑it‑all: naturally curious about attacker TTPs, security frameworks, and how customers actually operate day‑to‑day. • You are comfortable working cross‑functionally and diagonally, from IC SEs to Product, PMM, and executive leadership. • You operate as a senior‑leader level of enablement, bringing the judgment, energy, and presence to set a vision, prioritize, balance a massive set of expectations and hold a high bar while still rolling up your sleeves to build. • 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Value Engineering, Product Marketing, or related GTM leadership roles in B2B SaaS; strong preference for cybersecurity or infrastructure experience. • Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement programs (onboarding, ongoing training, certifications) for technical audiences (SEs, CSMs, partners). • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer outcomes and value narratives. • Hands‑on familiarity with offensive security / pentesting concepts (attack paths, AD, cloud, identity, vulnerability and exposure management) or strong adjacent experience with the ability to ramp quickly. • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing on launches and roadmap‑driven enablement. • Strong program management skills: intake and prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, and metrics. • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical practitioners and executives. • Experience designing partner technical accreditation or certification programs. • Experience standing up or contributing to Value Engineering / Deal Strategy functions. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI, NIS2) and how offensive security maps to controls and evidence. • Prior experience at an early‑stage or high‑growth company where you’ve had to build from scratch and iterate quickly. • Location & Travel • This role can be remote. • Moderate travel to company events, key customer/partner meetings, and enablement summits may be required.
