Wellhub - Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager
Requirements
• A hands-on, daily user of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT, with concrete examples of work you have automated or redesigned with them. • Experience building your own AI workflows or agents, for example with Claude Code or Codex, to automate recurring work such as intercompany eliminations, consolidation tie-outs or disclosure checklists is a strong plus. • SEC reporting experience, including preparing or supporting quarterly and annual financial statements and footnote disclosures for a public company. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and public company industry experience preferred. • Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, including experience researching and documenting accounting conclusions. • Working knowledge of SOX 404 and internal control over financial reporting. • Hands-on experience with financial consolidations in a multinational, multicurrency environment. • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP; experience with Pigment or similar tools, disclosure management software (such as Workiva or ActiveDisclosure), or SQL/Python a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and flexibility to work in a fast-growing, exciting, and agile business. • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and/or other job-related factors.
