Litify - Salesforce/Technical Recruiter (3-Month Contract)
Requirements
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally embedded within high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies. • Lead/Senior Recruiter caliber: Proven ability to step in, ramp quickly, and run requisitions autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • Multi-pipeline capacity: Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches across varied functional disciplines without letting details slip. • Sharp evaluation instincts: Strong assessment skills across technical capabilities, business acumen, and organizational fit. • Stakeholder influence: Clear, confident communication skills with the executive presence needed to advise and align hiring managers. • Tool proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Scrappy, solutions-first mindset: Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
