Responsibilities
• Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. • Build and drive strategic account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close. • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and executive buyers. • Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff after close. • Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers, tailoring the pitch to what each audience actually cares about. • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline, not optimism.

Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. • The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market.
