Cybrid - Account Executive
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of selling mission-critical infrastructure to Financial Institutions. • The "Builder" Mentality: You possess the discipline of a corporate executive but the heart of an entrepreneur. You are comfortable working without a massive support marketing or pre-sales team and enjoy creating the processes you use. • The "Builder" Mentality: • Institutional IQ: Deep familiarity with the North American banking landscape, specifically the "Big 6" Canadian banks and the US core banking ecosystem. • Institutional IQ: • Complex Cycle Mastery: Proven ability to navigate 12-18 month sales cycles involving rigorous InfoSec audits and regulatory scrutiny. • Complex Cycle Mastery: • Domain Fluency: Strong understanding of payment rails (ACH, Wire, EFT), ISO 20022, and the strategic utility of stablecoins in B2B finance. • Domain Fluency: • Experience with stablecoins orchestration and API infrastructure • A pre-existing network within the North American SMB/Fintech and banking ecosystem. • Previous experience in a Series A or B startup environment.
Responsibilities
• Revenue Generation: Drive new business acquisition with FI’s and other strategic verticals. You will lead the buyer group managing multi-stakeholder buy-in across Executives, Product, Risk, and Compliance. • Revenue Generation: • Channel Distribution: Architect and manage strategic partnerships to scale Cybrid’s revenue through channel partners. • Channel Distribution: • Design Partner and Strategic Selling: Serve as a subject matter expert on stablecoin payment orchestration.
