Requirements
• You've carried a $1.5M+ quota and closed $100–$500k deals in complex B2B SaaS — and you've done it without a large support structure around you • You've built pipeline from scratch before: cold outbound, creative prospecting, network leveraging — whatever it takes • You're consultative by instinct, skilled at diagnosing real business problems and building cases that resonate with senior stakeholders • You're comfortable being the only rep in a region and find that motivating, not isolating • You're organized and rigorous about your own process — you don't need an ops team to tell you how to prioritize or forecast • You understand the EMEA landscape: buyer dynamics, deal cycles, and the nuances of selling into regulated industries across different markets • Familiarity with marketing compliance, AI-driven SaaS, or regulated industry workflows is a meaningful plus • Fluency in an additional European language is a bonus, not a requirement • We have offices in New York and San Francisco and value in-person collaboration, but we're open to remote for the right person.
