Requirements

• NON-NEGOTIABLES • 4+ years in sales enablement, content design, or creative strategy at a B2B SaaS, agency, or consultancy (preferably working on enterprise accounts with multi-six-figure deal sizes) • Portfolio of meeting-grade work: decks, proposals, interactive demos, microsites. We need to see real output, not a job history. • Exceptional visual taste and design fluency in at least one of Figma, Pitch, Framer, Keynote. You are a maker. • AI-first operator: you already use Claude, GPT, Cursor, Runway, Midjourney, v0, or similar to compress work that used to take weeks into hours • Strong commercial instinct: you have sat with sellers, you understand enterprise deal dynamics, and you know why "last mile" content moves the needle • Clear, precise writing in English. You can turn a muddy call into a 3-slide narrative. • Comfortable operating inside a top-200 enterprise meeting context without flinching • High agency, low ego • Taste-obsessed: you have opinions and the work to back them up • Builder over coordinator: you ship the thing, you don't project-manage the thing • AI-native: you assume AI is a collaborator, not a threat • Quality bar you can't turn off • Allergic to template-feel work • Experience working with or inside a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), creative agency (Anomaly, R/GA, Mother), or brand studio • Experience with research, insights, or consumer intelligence products • Motion, microsite, or product-demo engineering skills (v0, Framer, Webflow, light code) • Familiarity with the CPG, pharma, or financial services buyer • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • Top-200 meetings leave with content that customers ask to keep, share, and forward internally • Win rate on deals you support is meaningfully higher than the baseline • Sellers stop building their own decks and start building on top of the system you shipped • We can credibly show up prepared in a Fortune 500 C-suite meeting with 48 hours notice • The "last mile" stops being the bottleneck and starts being the advantage • Enablement stops being a cost center and becomes the highest-leverage role in the GTM org
