WorkWave - Account Manager
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to act independently, multi-task, and handle prospective clients and issues simultaneously • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience selling within the field service or T&L industries is a plus • This is an inside sales role • $65,000 - $70,000 a year
Responsibilities
• Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product capabilities and drive long-term success • Educate and consult customers on how our solutions directly impact business performance, efficiency, and growth • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution recommendations, effectively guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close new business • Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through strong pipeline management and value-driven selling • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, lead sourcing, and networking • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking within Salesforce CRM
