• At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license • 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience • Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills - phone and written • Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt • Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM ET. To best serve our customers, team members work one weekend day per week and enjoy two days off to rest and recharge.
