Requirements
• Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role — internships, retail, or hospitality count if you can show you know how to build rapport and drive outcomes • A hunter mentality, you’re not waiting to be handed leads, you go and find them • High coachability, you take feedback well, apply it fast, and ask for more • Strong communicator, clear and confident in writing and on a call • Genuine curiosity about technology - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what Kong does and why it matters • Languages: Fluency in Swedish is essential.
Responsibilities
• Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting • Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video • Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep • Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here • Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging • Invest in your own development, your manager will meet you where you are and help you get to what’s next
