Requirements
• You have 6+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or product strategy within handbag industry • You have direct experience in handbag or accessories buying/merchandising, with a strong understanding of the category. • You are highly trend-aware and deeply immersed in the handbag and accessories space - you know what's emerging, what's performing, and what competitors are doing at a commercial level. • You understand how product, pricing, and positioning influence customer demand. • You are highly collaborative and enjoy working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams. • You thrive in fast-growing environments where product strategy plays a key role in business success. • You have strong business judgment and the confidence to make recommendations that influence product direction. • Experience within consumer brands, fashion, accessories, or DTC e-commerce is a strong asset. • Don’t sweat it if you don’t have everything listed above. • Annual Salary ranges from $110,000-140,000 CAD • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year • 5 additional flex days • $1,500 annual health spending account • $250 annual period & menstrual budget • $1,000 annual allowance towards Poppy & Peonies product • $400 home office setup allowance • We are a fully remote team across North America.
