Requirements
• Experience in leadership roles within sales, business development, or commercial functions • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals in defence or miltech • Strong experience working with government clients, tenders, and long sales cycles • Experience leading and scaling sales or business development teams • High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills at senior levels • Fluent English • What's on Offer • Competitive compensation: fixed salary negotiated individually, plus performance-based bonuses linked to KPIs and closed deals • Direct influence on company growth and international expansion • Location: fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in the EU • Business travel: 30–40% of working time
Responsibilities
• Take full ownership of the Business Development function and its results • Lead, develop, and scale the sales and business development teams • Define strategy, set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery • Drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets • Lead high-level negotiations with government agencies, ministries of defence, and major corporate clients • Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships and international collaborations • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions • Establish, manage, and scale distributor, agent, and partner networks • Personally contribute to key deals, including preparation of commercial proposals and participation in tenders • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
