Responsibilities
• Own the Rails End to End: Hold full ownership of money movement—strategy, roadmap, and delivery—for the infrastructure that connects Paxos to the global banking and payments system. • Scale the Movement of Money: Own the systems that route billions in fiat across banking partners and payment networks, directly shaping how quickly and reliably millions of people move value in and out of digital assets. • Build Intelligent Orchestration: Design the routing, failover, and coordination logic across banking partners, on/off ramps, payment rails, to maximize speed, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale. • Empower Global Institutions: Work directly with the world's largest financial institutions and banking partners to build the rails and APIs they need to offer cutting-edge digital asset services to their customers. • Shape Regulatory Standards: Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to set industry standards for regulated fiat movement, influencing how the entire ecosystem evolves.
