Requirements
• 5+ years of work experience in marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and SaaS marketing • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field (preferred) • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools • Strong organizational, data analysis and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Self-motivated, proactive individual • Advanced English proficiency (at least C1 English level)
Responsibilities
• Design and implement lead prospecting strategies and roadmaps which align with the company’s sales and marketing objectives • Research and identify potential leads through various channels • Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as customers. • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns using channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC, etc. • Develop A/B testing strategies to identify and implement high-performing reach-out approaches. • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, track lead outcomes, and adjust strategies based on feedback. • Analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
