Requirements
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, ideally within real estate, financial services, hospitality, automotive, or another high-value B2C or B2B sales environment. • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. • Active RERA Broker Card issued by the Dubai Land Department, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of joining (company-sponsored). • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle for client viewings. • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, French, etc.). • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse, international clientele. • Prior experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing, even if in a support or admin capacity. • Familiarity with UAE property portals, CRM platforms (e.g. Propspace, Zoho, Salesforce), and social media marketing for property. • Existing network of potential buyers, investors, or landlords in the UAE market. • Knowledge of UAE freehold areas, developer brands, and off-plan market dynamics. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (advantageous but not required). • Hungry & Self-Motivated • You don’t wait for business to come to you — you go and find it. • Resilient & Coachable • You handle rejection well and actively seek feedback to improve. • Professional & Presentable • You represent the company brand with confidence and integrity at all times. • Organised & Detail-Oriented • You manage your pipeline diligently and never let a follow-up fall through the cracks. • You stay on top of UAE property news, price movements, and new developer launches. • Multilingual (Preferred) • You can communicate with Dubai’s diverse international buyer pool in their language.
Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation • Proactively generate leads through, networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers and landlords. • Follow up on inbound enquiries from property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) in a timely and professional manner. • Canvass target areas and communities to identify motivated sellers and exclusive listing opportunities. • Attend industry networking events, developer launches, and community open days to grow your personal brand and client network. • Client Management & Advisory • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their property goals, budgets, and timelines. • Provide honest, informed advice on current market conditions, pricing, and neighbourhood insights. • Guide clients through the full transaction cycle from initial viewing through to signed contracts and handover. • Maintain regular, professional communication with all active clients and prospects using the company CRM. • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. • Listings & Property Management • Source, list, and market properties across residential sales and/or leasing, ensuring listings are accurate, well-presented, and competitively priced. • Coordinate professional photography, floor plans, and property descriptions for portal and social media listings. • Conduct property viewings in a professional manner, demonstrating strong product knowledge and closing ability. • Monitor listing performance and proactively recommend price adjustments or marketing changes to clients. • Transactions & Compliance • Prepare and process all relevant RERA documentation accurately, including Form A (listing agreements), Form B (buyer agreements), and Form F (MOU/contracts). • Liaise with developers, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and the Dubai Land Department to ensure smooth transaction progression. • Ensure all listings and transactions are compliant with RERA regulations, DLD requirements, and company policies. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property law, ownership regulations, and any changes to the regulatory environment. • Reporting & Administration • Keep CRM records fully updated with all client interactions, viewings, offers, and deal stages. • Provide weekly pipeline updates to the Head of Brokerage or team lead. • Track personal performance against monthly and quarterly targets (calls, viewings, listings, GCI). • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and property tours as required.
