Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience (7+ years) in technology sales, partnership management, or business development • Strong understanding of data platforms, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. Responsibilities
• Execution - Driven Mindset: Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels—from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)—in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals. • Enterprise Data Platform Customer Focus: In-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise Data Platform leadership. • Relationship Management at Scale: Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Enterprise Sales Mindset: Hands-on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes. • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with ETL, BI, Governance, Database and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners. • Partnership Experience is preferred: Experience managing technology or ISV partnerships is preferred.
