Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager, or outbound Account Executive with a focus on multi-stakeholder navigation. • 2+ years selling into agencies and/or AdTech sector experience • Strong skills in research and prospect profiling, supporting targeted outreach efforts. • Experience working with digital-native companies. • Experience targeting independent agencies with knowledge and understanding of the UKI market and its business environment. • Proficiency in CRM and outbound automation tools. • Excellent networking abilities, and a proactive approach to conference participation and building new connections. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive outbound strategy using cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers within defined target accounts, focusing on leading UK Independent agencies. • Own the negotiation of Master Service Agreements and Volume Incentive Deals. You are responsible for ensuring RTB House is on the "Approved Vendor List" (AVL) across the UK indie market. • Research and profile key contacts at target agencies, establish initial connections and arrange introductory meetings. • Attend relevant industry conferences to network with potential clients, identify leads, and arrange follow-up meetings with decision-makers. • Utilise CRM systems and outreach automation tools to manage data accurately and track interactions. • Craft tailored messaging and outreach materials, aligning with specific business needs and the market context of potential clients, particularly digital-native organisations and agencies. • Run sales meetings and guide agencies through to their activation process for their first launch, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to active campaigns.
