Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in partnership sales, agency digital media buying, and/or client planning • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with agency holding companies and the agency landscape • Is flexible and has the innate ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment, managing change effectively • Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
• Act and serve as a liaison between the assigned Holding Company, Holding Company Lead, and Reddit to help execute, monitor, and optimize first-class partnership programs • Support and assist in the build of Agency Development’s annual and quarterly strategic plan for the assigned Holding Company through the use of data • Define alongside the Activations and Enablement Team on educational approaches, develop work plans, and create compelling educational programs • Project, track, maintain progress, and report on delivery against Reddit’s annual endeavor goals, suggesting areas for optimization of plans and/or programs • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, measurement, and insights teams to aggregate and deliver best-in-class solutions for our agency clients • Be the thought leader in the industry, acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit, serving as an advisor • Work with agencies to uplevel their media and creative thinking and structure programs that deliver positive business impact for their clients

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $164,000 - $230,400 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
