Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry • Proven experience estimating large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects. Direct experience with data center projects is required • Proficiency with electrical estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst) and digital take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam Revu) • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including but not limited to: primary and secondary power distribution, emergency/back-up power systems (generators, UPS, ATS), branch power, lighting, fire alarm, and grounding • Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and RFPs independently • Closing from Default - All locations • We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
