Responsibilities

• You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. We are the dedicated B2B arm of Deliveroo, helping businesses—from tech startups to global law firms—manage their corporate catering, late-night team meals, and employee food perks through a centralized platform. • Portfolio Management: Nurture high-value corporate accounts across the UK, building deep relationships with decision-makers while tracking key usage metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue retention. • Strategic Value Creation: Translate commercial data and client behavior insights into tailored account expansion strategies, uncovering growth levers that influence our broader UK B2B roadmap. • Technical Account Leadership: Develop deep product expertise to advise corporate clients on platform best practices, proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless service experience. • Multilevel Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary trusted partner across your portfolio, aligning your communication style to secure executive buy-in, resolve challenges swiftly, and unlock new partnership opportunities. • Cross-functional & Project Ownership: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Global Commercial teams to champion your portfolio's needs, while leading strategic projects from definition to execution to drive operational efficiency.
