NetEase Games - Influencer Marketing Manager（ Global Growth）
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas influencer marketing, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related growth marketing role. Experience in team management or as a project owner is a plus. • Deep understanding of the creator ecosystems on mainstream social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord, and Twitch. Experience or a strong network in the US and/or European markets is highly preferred. • Professional working proficiency in English is required, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus for effective collaboration with our teams in China. • A genuine passion for gaming or general entertainment products. We highly value candidates who are avid gamers, active members of online gaming communities, or enthusiasts of ACG (Anime, Comics, Games) culture.
Responsibilities
• 1 Responsible for the formulation and execution of market operation strategies for the Steam business ecosystem, to drive GMV growth and increase the number of paying users. • 2 Analyze industry trends and user needs, explore supply-side resources and potential products, and expand cooperative relationships with game developers, distributors, channel partners, and individual sellers; optimize merchant management and rating rules. • 3 Track and optimize the product operation process, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities, to improve transaction conversion rates and user satisfaction. • 4 Monitor the compliance of game product transactions, assist in formulating risk control rules, and cooperate with the risk control team to combat illegal and risky behaviors, ensuring the security of platform transactions and funds.
