You're comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution and enjoy building processes, programs, and marketing assets yourself when needed. • Cross Functional Influence: You work effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership. You are comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating competing priorities, and driving alignment across teams. • People leader and mentor: You develop the people around you. You give honest feedback and care about your team's growth as much as their output. • Strong communicator: You communicate clearly across a diverse, distributed, cross-cultural team. You can be opinionated, but you engage with other views and compromise when it's right. You can simplify complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and build trust across diverse groups.
