Responsibilities
• We’re looking for a calm, confident Executive Assistant to be the steady hand behind a high-energy owner behind the #1 window cleaning business in South Florida. This role isn’t about moving fast for the sake of it. It’s about moving thoughtfully, accurately, and reliably — so nothing slips through the cracks. • calm, confident Executive Assistant • thoughtfully, accurately, and reliably • You’ll own the details that keep the business running: calendars, inbox, CRM (Jobber), employee records, hiring logistics, and insurance compliance. You’ll protect the owner’s time, ensure no commitments are missed, and handle follow-ups so opportunities turn into revenue. • Ensure zero missed commitments. Maintain clean inbox and calendar daily. • Schedule meetings, estimates, and networking events without conflicts. • Keep CRM (Jobber) 100% accurate with all leads, quotes and job information. • Follow up on unbooked jobs and leads to convert them into scheduled jobs. • Maintain complete and compliant employee records (handbook signatures, background checks, licenses, NDAs) • Manage hiring logistics (job post publication, applicant screening, interview scheduling) • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for commercial clients, coordinate policy updates with the insurance provider, and ensure timely delivery of COIs as requested. • You'll Love This Role If You Are: • Calm under pressure and steady around high-energy people. • Confident enough to ask clarifying questions instead of guessing. • Detail oriented and take pride in getting things right. • Comfortable handling repetitive administrative work without dropping balls. • Organized and reliable. You keep records clean and accurate, follow through and close loops without needing reminders. • Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST • Schedule: • Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch): • $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience- Annual bonus up to $2,250 including $500 at 90-days- 13th month pay- 16 Days PTO - Comprehensive HMO, including dependents.
