Responsibilities
• Explore your future career 🔭 • As our new Change Planning & Delivery Expert, you will own the master plan for all change initiatives within the commercial organization. Joining our Commercial Enablement team, you will navigate a complex web of people, process, and tool updates to ensure they are delivered in sync across the company. • Your mission is to provide the strategic oversight and governance needed to turn high-level vision into operational reality. • You will play a vital role in smoothing out transitions and implementing the various projects that drive our commercial organization forward. • Own and maintain the centralized commercial change roadmap, ensuring total alignment across all concerned functions and departments. • Design and lead steering committees, producing executive-level reports on risks, blockers, and key decisions for the CRO. • Align project timelines and track critical milestones to ensure complex changes are delivered without disrupting sales flow. • Liaise with cross-functional departments like Ops, Marketing, Finance, and HR to manage interdependencies. • Define commercial "Success Metrics" and KPIs to measure the transformation's impact on business performance and revenue. • Proactively identify bottlenecks or resource conflicts and propose structural solutions to the leadership team. • Manage the "intake point" for ad-hoc change requests coming from other departments into the commercial org.
