Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets, with a focus on doubling business in the Philippines market • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients • Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across agencies, brands, and partners • Identify high-growth opportunities and unlock new revenue streams • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, operations) to drive client success and retention • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategy • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting • Mentor and influence junior sales team members (if applicable)
