Figma - Sales Operations Manager (Singapore)

• 7+ years of sales operations experience, ideally in a fast-growing environment, with deep SaaS knowledge • Proven ability to use AI to improve the speed, accuracy, and scale of sales ops work • Experience supporting sales teams across multiple markets/regions with strong cross-cultural, cross-timezone flexibility • Strong analytical/technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce, BI tools, and building sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and exec presentations • Collaborative style and excellent communication skills, able to translate analysis into clear insights and deliver succinct presentations to senior leadership • While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: • Advanced analytics skills with expertise in BI visualization tools (specifically Sigma) and working SQL fluency • Familiarity with contact and account data-enrichment pipelines and data-provider waterfalls (e.g., Clay) to keep CRM coverage current • At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
