Requirements

Responsibilities
• Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to get new hires "ramp-ready" in record time. • Training & Onboarding: • Program GTM Development: Be part of the cross-functional team designing new programs that help grow MariaDB's customer base and customer success • Program GTM Development: • Technical Curriculum Development: Translate complex database features (distributed SQL, high availability, and temporal tables) into value-based selling points and "Why MariaDB" talk tracks. • Technical Curriculum Development: • Competitive Intelligence: Develop and maintain "Battlecards" specifically designed to win against incumbents like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and AWS Aurora. • Competitive Intelligence: • Sales Tech Stack Management: Optimize our use of CRM (Salesforce) and enablement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Congism, Clari, and more) to streamline the sales workflow.
Benefits
• The annual anticipated U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is USD $120,000 - $135,000. • Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies. • In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than the job description as posted.
