SonicWall - Senior Manager, Field Marketing
Requirements
• APJ or multi-country regional experience beyond a single-country scope • Proven people management experience • Marketing experience in channel-led go-to-market models • Cybersecurity, IT security, enterprise software, or infrastructure technology experience • You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to build a marketing plan that supports the region's revenue goals, and own both the strategy and hands-on execution across the full marketing mix - digital campaigns, social, webcasts, events, and PR - along with the analysis that proves what's working. • We're a small, tightly-knit team and we're looking for someone energetic and entrepreneurial who thrives working autonomously but genuinely enjoys collaborating - building relationships across countries, continents, and cultures with a strong team spirit. • 8+ years of B2B field marketing experience, including substantial experience in channel, partner, and distributor marketing. • Proven people management experience, including setting priorities, coaching direct reports, and developing team members across locations. • Demonstrated experience working across APJ or multiple regional markets, not limited to a single-country scope. • Strong understanding of channel-led go-to-market models, including resellers, distributors, MDF planning, partner enablement, and joint demand generation. • Experience in cybersecurity, IT security, networking, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure technology strongly preferred. • Autonomous, structured operator who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure flawless execution • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Results-driven, with a track record of hitting pipeline and program KPIs • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot or similar) and Salesforce • Genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a multinational team • #LI-SeniorManager • #LI-FieldMarketing • #LI-ChannelMarketing
Responsibilities
• To-and-Through Partner/Channel Marketing • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partners and distributors across APJ • Deliver marketing enablement and trainings for partners and their sales teams • Plan, budget, and track execution of MDF-funded activities, with regular ROI reporting • Drive adoption of joint marketing programs with partners • Direct Marketing/Demand generation • Plan and execute demand generation programs across digital, events, and content - with clear pipeline targets • Develop new customer case studies and video testimonials in partnership with sales • Act as the regional marketing liaison for the sales team and suppliers • Lead and develop a team of two field marketers based in India and Japan, setting priorities and coaching for growth
