Requirements

• You’re a technical recruiter who takes the craft seriously — someone who understands what makes a great engineer and can hold their own in a technical conversation. You’ll join Vesta’s Talent team recruiting for our engineering, product, and design functions, partnering directly with our technical leaders to hire the people building the first ai native LOS. Your ability to identify and close exceptional technical talent will directly shape the product we ship. If you’re excited by the challenge of recruiting for a fast-moving infrastructure company and want to help build a Talent function from the ground up, we’d love to meet you. • Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services • Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or a comparable ATS and hands-on experience using and optimizing recruiting technology and tools
