Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies to drive growth in new markets. • Build a strong team with diverse skills that can execute complex go-to-market plans effectively across multiple regions. • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital advertising efforts targeted at specific customer segments within various geographies. • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to understand evolving needs of customers in different markets for better alignment between products/services offered and consumer demands. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market share, revenue growth rate, customer acquisition cost, retention rates etc., on a regular basis across all regions where the company operates to identify areas of improvement in sales strategies or tactics for better results and ROI. • Develop partnerships with local distributors/resellers who can help expand business reach into new markets by leveraging their existing networks, relationships, knowledge about regional market dynamics etc., while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations regarding data privacy laws in each region where the company operates (e.g., GDPR). • Provide regular reports to senior management on progress towards achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities for expansion into new markets or improving performance within existing ones based upon market research findings/customer feedback etc..
