StraitsX - Product Operations Associate
Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in operations, product support, or financial services, preferably in fintech, crypto, or payments. • Familiar with transaction flows, reconciliations, and exception handling in digital or blockchain environments. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and document findings accurately. • Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in time-sensitive situations. • Comfortable using dashboards, internal tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis. • Self-starter with a curious mindset, adaptable to fast-paced and ambiguous environments. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve processes and generate insights. • Exposure to crypto, stablecoins, blockchain protocols, compliance practices, and tools such as Jira or Freshdesk.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and support operational flows related to fiat and blockchain-based transactions (e.g., stablecoin movements, wallet activity, fiat rails) • Perform daily reconciliation checks, identify discrepancies, and escalate risk issues where appropriate. • Work closely with the Product Operations Lead to execute playbooks, contribute to documentation, and support testing and rollout of new features or workflows. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Compliance) to resolve product-related issues and provide feedback to improve tools and processes. • Help investigate and triage user-impacting issues using internal dashboards and product tooling. • Contribute to process improvement efforts by documenting inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements or automation opportunities. • Maintain operational checklists and ensure consistent execution of procedures during your shift.
