Requirements
• Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, engaging, and polished content. • Experience developing and maintaining documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, or similar resources that help teams succeed. • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. • Experience managing knowledge management systems, intranets, learning platforms, or content management systems. • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to improve processes. • Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders. • Proficient with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. • Quick to learn new technology and confident adapting to new tools and systems. • Self-motivated and able to thrive while working independently in a remote environment. • Skills and Qualities That Set You Apart: • Experience with Axero or similar knowledge management, intranet, learning management, or content management platforms. • Experience supporting internal communications, publication editing, document governance, and version control. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and basic HTML or page-building tools is a plus. • Experience supporting remote, franchise, or multi-location organizations is preferred. • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences by making information easy to find, understand, and use. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to continuously improve processes.
