Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own proactive sourcing and headhunting for niche, specialized, and senior-level roles. • proactive sourcing and headhunting • Build targeted talent maps across companies, industries, technologies, and geographies. • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, communities, and other sourcing channels. • passive candidates • Develop creative sourcing strategies for roles where traditional job postings have limited impact. • Conduct detailed candidate research to understand skills, experience, career trajectory, and potential fit before outreach. • Write personalized and compelling outreach messages that drive meaningful candidate engagement. • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles. • Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, competitor hiring, compensation trends, and relevant talent pools. • Track sourcing activity, conversion rates, pipeline health, and other recruiting metrics. • Maintain accurate candidate information and sourcing activity in the ATS. • Continuously experiment with new sourcing tools, platforms, communities, and techniques to improve hiring outcomes. • Build long-term relationships with high-quality candidates, even when there is no immediate opening.
