Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Journalism, Mass Communications, English or any related discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in a communications or public relations role • Strong conceptual, analytical, planning and organisation skills – able to multi-task and manage priorities • Strong communications skills (both written and verbal) • Experience in managing and measuring effectiveness of integrated marketing and communications campaigns • Experience working in a tech domain or industry or possessing tech background would be an added advantage • Aspiring candidates who do not meet all the job requirements will be considered based on individuals’ merits • Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant working experience may be considered for senior appointments • As CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), only Singapore Citizens will be considered. • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Responsibilities
• Plan and develop branding strategies, including building the brand narrative and positioning, for different target audiences • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans for key initiatives and programmes • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing strategies with a data driven approach • Maintain and manage the various communications and engagement channels and platforms • Engage and collaborate with other business units for CSIT’s branding needs, including the provision of communications support in managing media related issues and queries
