• Supports the execution of integrated campaigns, with an emphasis on earned media channels and strategy; builds confidence as a media operator and develops ideas for integrated work and content across print, digital and social media • Expresses knowledge and interest in B2B and/or financial services PR or marketing communications • Works with the account managers and account leaders to ensure they understand the ultimate objectives of the strategy and tactics for their clients and the role of their tasks in the bigger picture • Demonstrates ownership over their work and a commitment to delivering excellent outputs on time that receive positive feedback from the client • Works toward becoming an expert on their client's business and Vested’s role as a strategic communications partner • Supporting the team by assisting with research and brainstorming sessions • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, client monthly reporting, proposals and other client communications and correspondence • Shows ownership over their work - is accountable for their own actions, confident in sharing ideas and areas of potential improvement, quickly works to correct mistakes, and focuses on delivering high-quality output in a timely manner • Leverages existing skill sets and areas of knowledge - proactively identifying how to tap into these skills on behalf of clients • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
