Requirements
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in finance, economics or related fields • Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets • Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts (OTC knowledge is a plus) • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to follow procedures and compliance requirements • Ability to work well in a team and take feedback positively
Responsibilities
• Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution • Assist in trade negotiation preparation and client communication • Help monitor market conditions such as price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues • Assist in sourcing liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision • Support order management while following established trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines • Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and basic reconciliation • Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting or documentation needs • Participate in client onboarding discussions to learn about trading mechanics, settlement flows, and supported assets • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and contribute ideas for improving OTC processes
