Requirements
• Significant exposure to startups and early stage companies. • You’ll be talking to and selling directly to early-stage founders. • Track record of independently taking projects from 0 → 1 • Comfortable with automation tools and “vibe coding” platforms. • VC associate / Analyst - Understand markets, GTM, and startup pace • Former founder or early stage employee • Experience planning and running events or community initiatives. • Comfort with light technical tasks (APIs, no-code tools). • YOU’RE PROBABLY A GOOD FIT IF: • You thrive in high-ambiguity, high-autonomy environments. • You get energy from learning new skills quickly and applying them immediately. • You’re equally comfortable talking to a founder, an engineer, and a customer in the same day. • The idea of organized chaos resonates with your working style: • Organized: Clear processes, efficient workflows, and effective communication • Chaos: A willingness to iterate quickly and embrace change to stay ahead • WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING • Work directly with the founder in a high-leverage role touching every part of the business. • Master distribution Valid is a company effectively selling distribution. You will learn about growth and distribution via paid ads from the very best in the space. • Work on a global team with flexibility and a collaborative startup culture
