Requirements
• Experience: 10+ years of experience leading Workforce Planning, management consulting, or enterprise software delivery within the HR tech, Finance, or Workforce Planning domains. • Leadership Background: Proven track record of managing and scaling a software and/or services business catering to large enterprises (5,000+ employees). • Leadership Background: • Domain Expertise: A strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) practices, financial/workforce model behavior, and talent analytics. • Domain Expertise: • Future Looking: Deep understanding of workforce transformation initiatives, specifically around how AI, automation, skills-gap analysis, and job redesign impact organizational design. • Future Looking • Change Management : Strong ability to guide enterprise clients through the changes required to move from static planning to a distributed, continuous planning environment. • Change Management : • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts beautifully to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support global initiatives and key customer accounts (primarily Europe and North America). • Travel: • Most importantly, you share our values… • You roll up your sleeves • You make it easy • You never stop learning • You play to win
