• Run and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen etc) and other paid channels with a focus on revenue-based goals. • Define and lead the company’s Web2App strategy optimizing quiz-based funnels to drive high-intent users into the app. • Analyze funnel performance end-to-end to identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks. • Manage $1M+ monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROAS. • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ideate, test, and launch growth experiments quickly. • Introduce new ideas, tools, and approaches to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
