Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in the eCommerce space • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon Account Management (preferably within an agency setting) • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Hands-on experience with Helium 10 for keyword research • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Amenable to working night/graveyard shifts • Familiarity with navigating Amazon PPC, business reports, and sales performance data • Experience using DataDive for keyword research and listing optimization • APPLICATION PROCESS • We understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Responsibilities
• Collaboration & Strategy Execution • Partner with the Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute against company KPIs • Account Health & Issue Resolution • Track and maintain overall account health metrics • Monitor and address listing hijackers • Escalate and resolve issues via Brand Registry • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Seller Central • Catalog & Listing Management • Manage and maintain product listings • Conduct keyword research to identify ranking and growth opportunities • Create and optimize listings (titles, bullet points, backend keywords) • Write and refine listing copy to improve visibility and conversion rates • Inventory & Logistics Coordination • Oversee shipment creation, inventory tracking, and inbound logistics coordination • Reporting & Data Analysis • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with key trends and insights • Prepare client-facing reports with clear recommendations and next steps • Perform Excel-based reporting and data analysis • General Support: Support administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed
