Requirements
• Proven ability to manage mutually beneficial client accounts independently. • Strong knowledge of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social. • Effective at managing multiple priorities and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships. • Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. Leverages AI to work more efficiently, whether it's streamlining optimizations, preparing for client meetings, or surfacing insights from campaign data, while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. • In-Office Requirement Statement: • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven upper-funnel awareness ad campaigns for CPG brands in collaboration with internal teams. • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brand marketing leads, media agencies, and shopper marketing teams to embed Pinterest's awareness solutions into CPG clients' annual brand planning cycles. • Ensure accurate implementation of CPG clients' first-party CRM and shopper data segments, coordinating cross-functionally to power precise audience targeting across new product launches and brand awareness campaigns. • Optimize media campaigns and audience targeting strategies by refining broad and interest-based audiences to maximize reach and frequency for CPG brands. • Deliver weekly campaign performance reports, translating brand lift, reach, and share-of-voice metrics into clear narratives that demonstrate Pinterest's upper-funnel impact to CPG brand and media teams. • Advise CPG clients on Pinterest's ad products, targeting, bidding, and measurement strategies. • Provide exceptional client service through communication, issue resolution, and seamless execution. • Simplify complex processes, upsell and pitch strategic solutions, and continuously improve campaigns.
