Requirements

• 1+ years of BDR or sales development experience • Track record of hitting targets, not just working hard • Experience in SaaS or a technical industry preferred • Strong written and verbal communication. You write well and adapt your message to the audience. • Experience using AI productivity tools and genuinely curious about how to use them better • Organized, disciplined, and reliable. You follow through. • Collaborative by nature. You share credit, ask for help, and make the team better. • Able to operate with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment
