Requirements

• At least 5 years of closing experience as an Enterprise Account Executive. • Ability to consistently close deals worth $100k or larger. • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment. • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. • Success with creative pipeline generation strategies (a plus). • Previous Sales Methodology training such as MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with SaaS, infrastructure, finance & billing technology a plus.

Responsibilities

• To manage and grow enterprise accounts for Orb's clients in the USA as a remote employee. • Oversee account strategies that align with client objectives to drive revenue growth within set targets. • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders across various industries through regular communication and engagement activities such as meetings, calls, or events. • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty and retention. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for expansion and cross-selling services within existing accounts. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly while maintaining Orb's unique value proposition in a rapidly evolving marketplace. • Implement effective internal processes, systems, and tools that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across different jurisdictions within the USA. • Manage budgets by forecasting revenue growth potentials based on historical data while optimizing resource allocation to maximize profitability for both Orb and its clients. • Participate in continuous professional development programs, workshops, or training sessions that enhance skills relevant to account management roles within the industry.
