Requirements
• Preferably based in HK for Hybrid Work - we're mostly remote but work better with a few days onsite • Proven experience in business development, in recruitment industry, able to onboard average 1-2 accounts per month (no regional restrictions), or source 5-10 new jobs per month. • Strong understanding of the crypto, blockchain, AI, and/or fintech markets. • Beyond excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. • Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. • Flexibility to adapt and engage in different facets of recruitment, including 360 activities.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the crypto, blockchain, AI, ML, and fintech industries. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and potential clients. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align business development strategies with company goals. • Negotiate and close business deals that increase revenue and market presence. • Participate in 360 recruitment activities as needed, ensuring seamless integration with business development efforts. • Track and report on performance metrics to optimize business development activities.
