Requirements
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale • This role is remote across the US but if you prefer, you can work from our offices in San Fransisco or New York.
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with potential clients in the USA to understand their needs for AI and voice technologies. • Develop a go-to-market strategy that aligns ElevenLabs' products with client objectives. • Create personalized pitches tailored to each prospective customer, highlighting how our technology can transform their business processes through intelligent interactions. • Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and nurturing relationships until a sale is made or deemed viable for future engagement. • Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients.
