• 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in the blockchain industry. • Solid understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, penetration testing and the ability to discuss technical issues with both security engineers and clients. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating work across multiple teams. • Experience in client-facing project roles, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones. • Professional fluency in written and spoken English. • Experience at a cybersecurity industrials, particularly in security consulting or assessment delivery. • Familiarity with the broader Web3 ecosystem, including major blockchains and DeFi protocols. • Experience working with institutional clients, including financial institutions and enterprises. • Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese. • The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $90,000 to $120,000.
